Yes we do! Select 'I'll pick it up myself' at the checkout and you can collect instore at The Chandlery during our opening hours, as soon as your order is marked 'Ready for Pickup. You can pay in advance or when you collect your items. If you are a berth holder at Mayflower Marina we can leave your paid for goods in their marina office for collection at your convenience, or even deliver direct to the boat.

If you're boat is based in another marina within the Plymouth area, we will happily bring your items to you so you can spend more time on your boat and less time navigating the city. At the moment our drop offs are scheduled for: Tuesday 3pm- 4.30pm Thursday 3pm- 4.30pm Friday 3pm- 4.30pm Outside of these times please give us a call and we'll try our best to get your products to you, although an additional charge may be applied.


If your vessel is berthed in Mayflower Marina, please use the marina address with postcode PL1 4LS for free delivery direct to your boat, (£5 minimum order).

Out on your boat and need supplies? If you bring your boat into Mayflower Marina we are just a 2 minute walk across the car park from the fuel pontoon. Arrange a click and collect and let us know on 01752 270909 that you're arriving by boat and although we can't guarantee it, we will do our best to meet you on the dock so you can carry on your day out at sea.

Our dedicated staff will always go above and beyond to help you get the right part for your boat. Come and see us in store, or call/ email, and we will do our very best to help.
We're working on it. Setting up a full proof, nationwide, delivery service requires infrastructure and planning, and we're nearly there, however, whilst we get this in place our website is up and running for our Click and Collect and Local Marina Delivery Service right now! Please don't let this put you off though, if you see something you want from us but you're not nearby then get in touch, delivery is definitely available for a reasonable p&p charge.
Online, payment can be made by all major credit and debit cards including American Express. Instore we accept all cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash. We can also arrange for an electronic payment link to be sent to your email. Payments not in person over the phone will incur a 1.9% additional fee.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where goods are faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss. If you have changed your mind, the item doesn't fit or it's not the right part, you have 14 days to return the product, just bring the item back to the shop with the receipt. The product must be in 'as sold' condition and in the original packaging.
